They attended and captured the property in all it's glory and the walk through video complemented the photographs very well. Decided to go with Anne and the Team as I have previously sold a property through Roberts Homes, and found the experience to be a positive one. They are a small, local , family run business and have a long standing reputation in the area . This appealed to me as they are very knowledgeable about the local community and surrounding area. I was particularly impressed with the staging and marketing of the property. Chris’s video was very professional. The Team communicate very quickly and effectively. What turned out to be a difficult and drawn out process due to reasons beyond our control would have no doubt been even more stressful and taken even longer had it not been for their efforts. The marketing of our property was excellent and Chris really made it stand out to potential buyers with his professional quality photos and videos (I’m sure he’s after a job on Homes Under The Hammer!). This meant we accepted an offer within 3 months at a time when the market was quiet and there were a lot of other properties for sale on our estate. The team really went over and above to complete the sale by chasing the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain. I don’t think many other estate agents would have put that level of effort in and it was great to have them on the end of the phone when we needed them. We would recommend Roberts Homes to anybody looking to sell a property. They are a local, family run business which means they offer a very personal level of service which you are unlikely to get in larger companies. Their fees are also more competitive!
